The heliski or heli boarding adventure of a lifetime! The Most Terrain - access to 2.6 million acres, more than any other operator in the world. Nine unique staging locations access good snow when other operators cannot. We earned these permits in a competitive process because of our experience, safety record and respect for the environment. Our is to take you to the terrain that best meets your goals and ability from moderate glacier bowls to steep faces, couloirs and chutes. Our emphasis is on safe route selection and teamwork.

-- We encourage our guests to bring the equipment they are most comfortable using. You must bring your boots. We do provide safety equipment, fat skis, and snowboards if needed at no additional charge.

The only requirement is that they need to be able to ski powder! It is all backcountry here there are no groomed runs. A lot of the terrain is wide-open powder fields that go on forever on a moderate slope. We have a lot of intermediate skiers/snowboarders. Lodging is at the Best Western Harbor Inn located right on the Prince William Sound. The rooms are recently remodeled with high-speed internet access, cable, refrigerators and microwaves. There is an on-site restaurant, bar, exercise facility, barber shop, gift shop and our office is located in the lobby.
How guests arrive: The best time to arrive:
We will greet you at the Valdez airport, help you settle in to your accommodations located right on the Prince William Sound, prepare and make sure you have all your safety equipment for the next days adventure. Motorhomes work great for a Valdez base camp. Excellent mobility and comfort are some of the benefits, and waking up at the foot of the Range is truly spectacular. Try to arrive in Anchorage before 4 pm on a Saturday. Then you can catch the last commuter flight to Valdez on ERA Aviation (800-866-8394). This 40-minute flight with peaks as far as the eye can see. Get a window seat on the left side with your camera ready. Confirm airline reservations in advanced to secure the best rates. The major airlines include Delta, American, Alaska, United, Northwest and Continental.
